Basic Shipping Policy
Shipping time schedule
Orders received on weekdays will be processed within 24 hours via confirmation email. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped on Monday. If you require delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, please email us to check if service options are available in your area during those times.
To ensure the correct and timely delivery of your package, please make sure that the address you provide is accurate, including the correct name, phone number, street address, building or apartment number, and route information. Timely delivery is crucial for courier services. If the address information provided at the time of purchase is incorrect, we will not be responsible for returns, losses, or incorrect deliveries. In addition to the free delivery services we offer in some countries/regions, buyers are responsible for shipping costs, so you can choose low-cost or expedited courier services.
If the item includes lithium batteries, we will switch to FedEx Express, as we only have FedEx battery reports, so we appreciate your understanding.
After payment is completed, we will ship within 5 business days. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you by email and specify the delivery date. After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please check your email after payment as we will send a confirmation email for shipping. We will determine whether to ship from an Amazon warehouse, a local warehouse, or from China based on actual product inventory.
Finally, when you receive the item for the first time, please check the integrity of the packaging and whether it is damaged. If it is damaged, you need to check the item for integrity and contact us as soon as possible.
Amazon and Local Warehouse Delivery
Some of our products may have inventory in Amazon warehouses and will be arranged and shipped using Amazon delivery services in specific countries (including the United States, Australia). When there is inventory in a local warehouse, we will prioritize shipping from the local warehouse so that you can receive the product faster without worrying about customs duties. Rest assured that if your address is not included, we will ship most orders via DHL or FedEx because batteries are sensitive goods, and these orders will take 8-10 days to arrive (if customs clearance is smooth). If you are unsure, please leave us a message.
If the local warehouse is out of stock, we will send you an email notification with an estimated stock date for the local warehouse. Based on customer demand, you can choose to wait for the Chinese warehouse to have stock or ship from China. If the service is temporarily unavailable in your delivery area, we will notify you and switch to shipping from China.
Shipping from China: Estimated Arrival Time
When there is no inventory in Amazon or local warehouses, we will ship from China and select the appropriate shipping method based on specific countries and regions. We will choose DHL, FedEx. The estimated delivery time for DHL is typically 7-9 days (if customs clearance is smooth), while FedEx’s estimated delivery time is typically 8-10 days (if customs clearance is smooth). Estimated delivery times in remote areas will be longer, and the specific estimated delivery time will vary by region. If you want to change the carrier, please contact us. We will select the appropriate carrier based on your needs.
Accessory Delivery
If accessories are in stock in a local Amazon warehouse, we will prioritize processing goods shipped from the Amazon warehouse. The estimated arrival time refers to the time listed in countries/regions supported by Amazon. If there is no inventory in the Amazon warehouse, we will ship from China. The carriers are China Post, DHL Express, or FedEx. The estimated arrival time for China Post is 20-30 days, while DHL Express and FedEx have an estimated arrival time of 7-10 days. We will select the appropriate carrier based on customer needs. Time limits for remote areas will be longer. DHL, FedEx adheres to the following holidays. Please note that packages will not be shipped until after the holiday ends.

During holidays, if there is inventory in the local Amazon warehouse or local warehouse, we will ship as usual and will not ship until the next working day. All countries/regions have statutory holidays, and delivery times will be delayed due to local holidays. Please allow enough time for processing and shipping during holidays. USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx may delay your delivery due to high shipping volume and/or weather delays. Order early to ensure timely delivery.
